Do I keep the digital movie or is it a temporary rental?
Yes, the movie is yours to keep! Once the movie has been selected and redeemed in Movies Anywhere, it stays there. If you link your Movies Anywhere account to other digital retailers like Apple, Amazon or Vudu, the movie will appear in those digital lockers too.
Can I buy a movie if I live outside the United States?
All digital movie codes sold on our site are redeemable on Movies Anywhere which requires that users must be a resident of the United States and located within the United States to create an account.
However, your Movies Anywhere collection can be accessed outside of the United States to stream and download your movies. For more information, please visit Movies Anywhere.
What is a digital movie gift?
Any digital movie product in our store can now be sent as a gift! Simply select “Gift This Item” and enter your recipient’s name, e-mail address and special gift message. We will send a digital movie code to your gift recipient along with your message and directions for how the gift can be redeemed via Movies Anywhere.
I have a PROMO CODE, how do I use it?
After selecting "Checkout" in your shopping cart, simply enter your promo code in the box that reads "Gift Card or Discount Code" and click "Apply".

For the digital movie CHOICE DEAL you will have the opportunity to select from a list of hit movies once you redeem your digital movie code on Movies Anywhere. On the CHOICE DEAL product detail page, you should see a list of the movies available for redemption at time of purchase.*

If I purchase a CHOICE DEAL with multiple movies, do I need to redeem all my movies at once?
Nope! You can continue to use your purchased digital code to select your allotted movies in your CHOICE DEAL until the quantity is fulfilled.
I never received my e-mail receipt. Where is it?
The storefront will send receipts to the e-mail provided at the end of your checkout transaction. Please ensure your receipt hasn’t been sent to SPAM, or your “Social” or “Promotions” tab/folder in your inbox.

How can I tell the resolution (SD, HD, UHD, etc.) of the movie I’m purchasing?
The maximum resolution of the movie(s) should be clearly identified on the product page for the digital movie SKU you are looking to purchase.
I’m having trouble playing my movie on my device (computer, smartphone, tablet, streaming device, etc.).

Why isn't my movie playing in 4K/UHD?
First, double check that your purchase was for a 4K/UHD movie. Some titles are only available in SD or HD. However, the resolution (HD, 4K/UHD, etc.) should be clearly stated in the product detail page.
If you have purchased a 4K/UHD movie and it's showing up labeled as 4K/UHD in your account on Movies Anywhere but it's not playing in 4K/UHD, please contact Movies Anywherecustomer support. Note that 4K/UHD playback may only be available on certain devices.
I accidentally purchased a digital movie. Can I get a refund?
All digital movie sales are final. Please contact customer support for more information if you believe you have been accidentally charged.
Do you price match?
No, we do not offer price matching for any products sold on our storefront.
Can I exchange a movie I purchased for another if I haven't redeemed the code yet?
No, unfortunately we do not support refunds or exchanges on any digital movies sold.
